Yes. ThermDry provides paid and complimentary samples for quality evaluation ahead of bulk orders, subject to product and destination country. Sample sizes typically range from 100 grams to 1 kg. ThermDry accepts payment via Letter of Credit (LC at sight), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and international bank wire. Advance and balance split, and any revised terms for repeat buyers, are agreed per order on the basis of order size, destination, and buyer relationship. Final terms are confirmed in writing at order confirmation.

Yes. ThermDry offers food grade, multi layer barrier bags of 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg, plus retail pouches from 100 grams upwards. Buyer branding, nutrition facts, barcode, batch codes, and country of origin labelling are produced through an approved print partner. Share artwork files and label specifications when placing the order.

Standard ThermDry orders are fulfilled within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of confirmed purchase order, depending on product availability and order volume. Custom formulations, private label artwork, and export documentation can add 1 to 2 weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing at order acknowledgement, with production and dispatch updates shared on request.

ThermDry provides all standard export documents required for food powder shipments. This covers Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificate issued by Plant Quarantine Authority, Health Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate where required. Destination specific documents such as FDA Prior Notice (USA) or SFDA registration (Saudi Arabia) are handled on request.

ThermDry offers FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), and CFR (Cost and Freight) terms under Incoterms 2020. EXW (Ex Works) and DAP (Delivered At Place) can be arranged on a case by case basis for specific destinations. The applicable Incoterm is agreed at order confirmation based on buyer preference and destination port.

The export packaging specification is food grade, multi layer barrier bags of 25 kg or 50 kg placed inside corrugated export cartons, stretch wrapped on heat treated wooden pallets compliant with ISPM 15. Both 20 foot and 40 foot container loads can be accommodated. Inner vacuum or nitrogen flushed packaging is available for moisture sensitive powders on request.
